richphp is strictly for players aged 21 and above, consistent with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed and any funds returned.
richphp operates under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
richphp accepts GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. Cryptocurrency and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms, including minimum odds and eligible games, are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
Each player may hold only one richphp account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension. This applies across all devices and IP addresses.
richphp uses certified random number generators and live dealer formats to ensure fair outcomes. Any attempt to exploit software errors, use bots, or collude with other players will result in immediate account suspension.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and richphp ("richphp", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the richphp platform at richphp.net.
By accessing, registering on, or using the richphp platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the richphp Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using richphp.
These Terms apply to all users of richphp, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any person accessing richphp from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
richphp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Access to and use of richphp is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
richphp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by richphp will result in account suspension pending resolution.
To access the full richphp platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
Each individual may hold only one (1) richphp account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. richphp employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, richphp reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your richphp login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. richphp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You must notify richphp immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. Notification should be directed to richphp customer support via the contact details published on the platform.
richphp processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the richphp platform:

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the richphp platform and may be updated from time to time. richphp reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the platform. richphp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.
richphp may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all richphp promotions:
Players who have opted into a bonus may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. richphp's determination of whether wagering requirements have been met is final and binding.
All games available on the richphp platform — including live dealer games, slots, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, financial, and conduct matters.
richphp uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games to ensure that outcomes are random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by richphp or any third party. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers via real-time video feed and are subject to the same standards of fairness.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, richphp reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. richphp's decision in such circumstances is final. richphp is not liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical fault beyond our reasonable control.

richphp cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities. We are required by law to report suspicious transactions and may be required to freeze accounts pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the richphp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
Any unauthorised use of richphp intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, richphp's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your richphp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
richphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the richphp platform, even if richphp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
richphp does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or any other reason, without liability to you.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude richphp's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
richphp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the richphp Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By using the richphp platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
richphp may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of the richphp Privacy Policy.

richphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, richphp will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the richphp platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
richphp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
You may close your richphp account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms, together with the richphp Privacy Policy and any applicable game rules and promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and richphp with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
